I agree with Linda and Diane, it is probably an ISP hiccup if had =
not
made any changes to your Outlook.
My ISP, Worldnet, on occasion, suffers from this dilemma, and,
sometimes, even appends via an attachment, a *.txt version of the =
message
for every message received in that session, even though my default =
format is
set to Plain Text. I have just about given up chasing these =
intermittent
oddities as I find ISPs rarely confess up to anything being wrong on =
their
end.
