I'm really not sure what else to suggest, Dianna. If a meeting request is sent to 3 people, and only 2 of them are free at that time, then the third one can ONLY accept tentatively, whatever your parameters and preferences are set to. I would love to help more but I'm not running Exchange and I can't replicate the problem as a result. Anybody else running Outlook within Exchange who might be able to offer suggestions? Sorry not to have a solution for you. Anne -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dianna G. We're a small company but we're not THAT small. :-) They were just getting frustrated from the conflicting meetings that could have been scheduled for different times had it been seen that the CFO, CEO already had been invited to a meeting at that time. I'm not sure what you mean by setting up the Outlook profile correctly. I am THE computer person... I manage everything, from the mundane to the important. If there is a way to ALWAYS accept TENTATIVELY meetings and leave the meeting request in the inbox... and work the same way all the time, I'd love to hear it. It will work one way for one person one minute and a different way the next minute for the same person (and same recipient).
