[mso] ELISE...Outlook 2002 problem - & apologies for my earlier nonsense message

Hey Elise...I just found another one...in that same box, there's another
check box that says "Mark item as read when selection changes"...try
unchecking that one and see if that fixes it. 

Sorry...I'm guessing cuz I don't use Preview Pane...so I don't really mess
with any of those settings...but maybe this is it?

Hi Linda,
I think I know the setting you are talking about, and I thought I
already checked on that one, but can you confirm it for me?  Is it in
this location: Tools-Options-Other-Advanced (under Preview pane)?  If
so, she has that one set up correctly -- the box labeled "mark messages
as read in preview window" is unchecked.  It's as if there is a glitch
in this client's Outlook -- I ran a Detect and Repair but no dice.

Is there anywhere else it could be?
