[mso] Word Merge

Hi All (especially Word Gods & Goddesses).
 
The sample table is in Access (but it could be Excel if preferred).  The
desired result is a merge letter in Word.  I can't seem to get the
options & values to merge correctly.  Some letters may have 1 option,
some 15.  I can get one option but not all.  If I put in enough next
record fields to accommodate 15 but the record only has 2 then they
simply repeat (at least that's what I think is happening).  Of course,
the total as a calculation won't work although I could include it as
another value in the table.
 
Any help or advice appreciated.
