Hi Glenda...the only other thing I can suggest is you contact Cindy Meister
at cindymeister@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ... According to Dain, she is *the* expert on
Word MailMerges....I tried to find her listing on Dian's Consultants Page
but I can't find it so I'm sending you her email address...I doubt she would
do this for free, but she might be reasonable
I can't even find my own listing on Dian's consultant's page so I must be
looking in the wrong place lol

Hi All.
I've discovered that I can put merge fields into Word Tables which is
kinda cool for aligning columns of figures. However, I want to use
these tables in a letter but can't figure out how to control the table.
If I put 8 rows in the table for example but only have data for 3 then
the letter contains 5 empty rows. If I have 3 rows but data for 8, then
not all the data gets put into the table.
