I am not sure what you wanted but if you want to add an little clicky icon on the toolbar, just right click on the toolbar and select customize, click on command on top right hand corner, scroll on the left to find macro, on select it and then click on the macro you wanted on the right, drag it up to the toolbar and it will be there. While that customize is still open, right click on that little icon you just dragged, and customize it of your own liking. =20 Best and regards, Thomas Nathan Chan -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ray Shapp Sent: Tuesday, April 01, 2003 12:47 PM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Word 2000 Footer ? Hi Dian, <<I have this macro on my menu >> How does one put a custom-built macro onto a menu bar? I searched Help, and I see, "Add a button, menu, or command", but I don't see how that would allow me to add a macro to any menu. For example, I was going to test out the macro you just posted>> Sub DocFile() 'by Dian, to add file info to doc footer << Thanks for the info, Ray Shapp ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to=20 mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
