Hi Dian,
<<I have this macro on my menu >>
How does one put a custom-built macro onto a menu bar? I searched Help, and I
see, "Add a button, menu, or command", but I don't see how that would allow me
to add a macro to any menu. For example, I was going to test out the macro
you just posted>>
Sub DocFile()
'by Dian, to add file info to doc footer
<<
Thanks for the info,
Ray Shapp
