It sounds likely that the stationery file your friend is using may be
damaged. The contents of glacier.htm should be:
<html><head><title id="ridTitle">Glacier</title> <style><!-- body {
font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: 10pt; color: #006666;
margin-top: 20px; margin-left: 50px; } --></style> </head> <body

I'd recommend turning off stationery for message composition, though.
For many of us old F**ts, the idea of cluttering a message with
background gewgaws is nauseating.<g>
