I get this sometimes in Outlook <shameless effort to stay on topic> when
people using stationery files send me email. Because I'm generally set up to
receive email in plain text only, I just see the name of the stationery
file.
Took me 45 minutes one day to figure out why this one person's mail kept
starting with "Citrus Punch." ;-)
