Sorry Mark....OE isn't part of Office so we don't cover that here. You
might try a Windows group since OE is part of IE is part of Windows.
Someone there might get you an answer quicker.

I have a friend who is getting the word "Glacier" as the first word in
every e-mail he sends.
It's not there when he composes, but it shows up in "sent items" as
well...
Any ideas?
