Basically, it involves creating a new PST file  (File > New > Outlook data 
file) and then transferring the data from the old PST to the new one and then 
marking the new one for 'mail delivery'.

What I don't recall is the best method of transferring the data - I think if 
you import, the 'created on' dates get screwed up. I seem to recall people 
saying to open both PST's in Outlook and dragging and dropping from the old to 
the new - but better get confirmation on that from someone else!  ;-)

Also, don't forget that that Office 2003 SP1 is out and worth having...
