In my experience, there are very few or none of the issues that bugged
the earlier upgrades of Office.
Unless you have current issues with O2000, then you can simply install
O2003 over the top (after backing up or course...;-)).
After you've done that, you will want to 'upgrade' OL2003 to the new PST
format - much more stable - but one step at a time... ;-)
