[mso] Uneven spacing - Printing Word

Hi,
I am using Word 2003. I print to an hp officejet 6110 all-in-one printer.
When I print my double-sided brochure, I get an extra space in one word in
one place every time.
When I print envelopes, the same thing happens but it's happening in more
than one place.
I've recently replaced my print cartridges so I tried performed an align
cartridges procedure, but it didn't seem to have anytime to do with the
problem.
This problem is making my material look unprofessional, can anyone shed
light on this issue?
