Only using one font on the whole chart, with some bolding. The chart shows
up, it's getting the hyperlinks to show up in either a PDF or Flashpaper
file that I'm having a problem with.

very strange suggestion, I know, but I once had problems in Powerpoint
getting organization charts to show up. It was cured by getting rid of some
of my fonts.
Do you have a lot of unnecessary fonts you can delete?
