You don't say what you are using but if its Outlook
Start a new e-mail then click CC:
In the address book just double click who you want to send it to !
How many it will hold I don't know but over 50 I bet, You could also use BBC
and not show all the address's ?

I have a sick relative and rather than write one email about his status,
copy it, and send out each email separately to 30 people, how would make one
entry in the address book so that I can send one email out to everyone in
that group? Possible?
