Wouldn't you just set it up in your contacts as a "Distribution List" (by
clicking on File/New/Distribution List, or going to your address book and
selecting new distribution list) - type all the addresses in once (or select
them from your address book), and then presto! - you have a list that will
send out e-mails to as many people as you want at once.

What I like about this option is I can even e-mail the actual distribution
list to other people who might want it.

Can't do it in Outlook, unless you manually copy/paste the message into 30
different emails...but, you can do it with a Word mail merge, using the
email merge feature with the Outlook contacts as your data source

I have a sick relative and rather than write one email about his status,
copy it, and send out each email separately to 30 people, how would make one
entry in the address book so that I can send one email out to everyone in
that group? Possible?

Thank you.

Robert
