Actually, I'm set to HTML as the format...so, then I assume that it's better to
be at rich text?
I did uncheck the box ...but I checked it and clicked "run now" so I could test
it to see if it worked.....and not everyone got the "out of office"
message....so far just a couple of people said that they did and the person who
wanted this set up didn't...that's pretty interesting because he is in my
address book too and he has the same email as the others who did get the
message...ie....<firstInitial><lastName>@sdyouth.org....oh well...he's happy
anyway...so I am too then!! :-)

Are you using plain text mail or html or rich text? I would assume it's
rich text, I guess since they are getting attachments.
And....if you read the end of the article I wrote for Dian, it says that
you need to uncheck this in your rules if you don't want it sent now.

Just one other question.....people are telling me that they got a
message from me that said "I'll be out of the office."....which was my
"template" I made just to test this...they also said that it looked like
there was an attachment.....and would would you believe they ALL tried
to open it too? Any idea on what that was? Does everyone in my address
book automatically get that?
