Actually, Dian....just add a line that says "To create the template, you
must turn Word off as your email editor because Word will want to create
a document template which is not what you want. To turn Word off, go to
the Tools menu and select the Mail Format tab and uncheck the box that
says to use Word as the email editor. Once the template is made, you
can turn this feature on again if you like."

Yep, that is it! I have only .doc, html, .dot, .rft, .txt, .asc, .ans,
.mcw and .wps.
The .dot is a "Document Template"
