Turn off Word as your email editor....then it will work.
Dian...could you please add a line to my article that says this needs to
be done WITHOUT Word turned on as the email editor.
Sorry, Ivan...I always miss this stuff cuz I never use Word as my email
editor.

Yep, that is it! I have only .doc, html, .dot, .rft, .txt, .asc, .ans,
.mcw and .wps.
The .dot is a "Document Template"
