a.. Subject: [mso] Office 2000 SP-3 Update a.. From: "Dian Chapman" <dian@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> a.. Date: Wed, 13 Nov 2002 18:45:31 -0600 Linda, and several others who have been helping me with the WinWord and Runtime errors suggested that I download the Sp patches. After trying several things to resolve my Office problems I went to the Office Update on line to down down the Sp 1,2,3, and I discovered that Microsoft is offering a FREE CD that has all of SP's on them. I immediately called and ordered the CD. They are on back order and will be 4 weeks plus before shipping. This is the best way for me to download, as I am sometimes disconnected by my ISP and downloading is not something I am comfortable with. For anyone else who is a newbie like me and prefers to download from a CD you may call and order the FREE SP update. 1-800-360-7561. By the way, Linda, I have been checking out your mso the past day or so and find it really is getting easier to read directly from the web.
