Not sure Linda if the *run time error* or the *WinWord error* is still acting
up. I have been so engaged in taking care of Adobe Acrobat, Norton's Microsoft
Plug in, and installing the Windows Installer 2, and doing a complete cleaning
of my computer that I have not taken time to work on any publications or
documents. Smile.

One thing for sure Linda... This newbie has a pack of papers about a l/2 inch
high... I have been logging every thing I have been told and what I have done,
etc. etc.

I believe we are getting there. I am excited to have had this experience. When
the Office SP CD comes and I get that installed I think we will see if all is
well with my putter.

I am also considering the suggestion by several to Uninstall Norton's 2002 and
go with AVG.

So much right now going on in my head... we will see. For now I must get back
to my ministry work and catch up on hundreds of email. The CD will not be
shipped for another 4 weeks...

Feeling real good about the progress we are making

Thanks for the info on the cd, Norma....I agree and always order my
patches on CD from Ms for the same reason as you. Plus, that way I
always have them if I need to do a reinstall. =20

And glad you are having success with reading the mso mail from the web.
Just know that if you want to reply to any mail you see there, just copy
the subject line, open a blank email and address it to
mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, then paste your subject line into your new mail. I
know it's not as handy as yahoo does it, but it's the best we got here
at freelists. Also, it might be helpful if you paste in some of the
body of the email too, so we know what you are talking about :-)

So....are you still getting the runtime errors or did removing the
Norton plugin and Acrobat fix it?
