We have a new Dell computer running XP, both office and OS. When we receive an email with an attachment, we get the message that "access denied to the attachment" or something that sounds like that. Sorry for being a little vague, but it's on someone's computer and he's trying to explain this to me over the phone! He also has Norton Anti-virus, which came installed on the computer from Dell. I'm going there tomorrow morning and would really appreciate any thoughts or ideas on things to look for!!! I know, in the past, I have seen Norton prevent sending or receiving email, but this message about access denied is new to me. Thanks for any suggestions!!
