[mso] Re: Outlook screens trigger donging (very annoying)

I have discovered the source of this problem, and it has nothing to do with a 
setting in Outlook, so please do not spend time on it.
The culprit is a Dragon NaturallySpeaking (DNS) version 9.0 auxiliary programme 
called KnowBrainer 2006 (rev. B). I mention this because other subscribers to 
this list may also use the above product.
