Linda-

I also though that might be the case. To check it, I set Word to be my
e-mail editor, stopped the spell checker in Word, and left it on in Outlook.
The spell checker still ran. The only way I could get the spell checker to
not work in Outlook was to turn it off in Outlook.

Are you using Word as your email editor? If so, you need to set it up
in Word.

Hi folks,
I just set up a new computer for myself at work on our Small Business
Server 2000 network. We are running Exchange Server 2000 which includes
Outlook 2002. My problem is I can't get the autocorrect/spell check
options to work while I'm composing emails. I went into the tools and
set up the options in the Spelling tab, but it still won't autocorrect.
Is there something I'm forgetting to do?

Thanks,
Elise
