Are you using Outlook 2000 with the symantec winfax basic edition or
something like that?
Or what other version of outlook is that?
I am not certain other version of Outlook comes with a fax capability.

Subject: [mso] Outlook question
When entering a fax number, Outlook pops up a window asking for Location
Information. It thinks we want it to dial the fax number but really we
just want to type it in. I've turned this feature off before on a
different computer but I can't remember how. Does anyone know?
Thanks,
Elise
