With 2002, you'll need an exchange server in order to allow someone else to
MANAGE someone else's calendar.
The best you can do with otherwise is publish the calendar on a web site for
others to view. Click Tools > Options > Preferences > Calendar Options >
Free/Busy Times.

Subject: [mso] Outlook question
Using Outlook 2002 on a peer to peer network. We would like User A to export
his calendar to a shared file. User B would then access the calendar and
manage it. User A would simply import the calendar from the shared file
whenever he wants to sync to his Pocket PC.
Will this work? And will User B be able to change appointments in the .csv
calendar?
