[mso] Outlook keeeps erroring out

 
I am running a new dell machine with outlook 2003.
For weeks now it is doing some strange things with my emails (5 accounts)
When bringing the mail in it will say it is loading all 100 messages, then
when almost complete it stops and gives an error message. Then it tries
again. So I get the same of the first few emails (even though it says it
down loads 99 of the 100) over  and over again. If I go to the server and
remove some of the emails first it will sometimes be ok the next time it
tries to download the messages but no always. It does not seem to matter if
it is loading 30, 100, 400 messages. Any suggestions?
