I work with a bunch of folks who are looking for a field in Outlook that
contains the text of what they want their letter greeting/salutation to
contain. They are a very precise crowd and the normal placement of the
nickname field is an extra click and some folks will have trouble with
putting "Honorable Judge So and So" in the nickname field. Any advice on
the best approaches to changing an entire organization's Contact Form?

I want to encourage people to think of Outlook as a good place to store
their data, but we need to be able to precisely mail merge the salutation
information into letters.

Thanks for your assistance.
