I have Outlook 2007 and if I understand what you did, you duplicated=0D
yourself. For my Outlook when I add additional info like birthdays it=0D
automatically adds that birthday to the calendar as an all day event. I t=

For a list of about 60 people, mostly family, but not all, I've gone into=

Then, for each person, I opened their contact and added a note about key=0D
dates (Birthdays, Wedding anniversaries, etc.) in the contact area.=0D

Then I opened the Outlook calendar and for each date added an annual=0D
recurring event to remind me, retyping the person's name, and email addre=
