1 2 3 Well switching to text didn't work :-( I've switched to plain text, hoping it was the HTML that was causing this. I also turned off the use CSS and other HTML features too. So far it has been this list, and a user at Hotmail.com. (Don't think he's using the webpage, but is reading from within Outlook 2007). I don't know how many others there have been, that just didn't say anything. The 1, 2, 3 thing was by trial and error. I did one post that counted to 10 so I could see how many lines (paragraphs) were missing. Anything less than 3 and poof all is gone. I would think this has to be something in your Outlook settings ... since I'm using Outlook 2007 also, I'm not sure this will help, but you can send me an email privately (without the 123) and I'll let you know if I can see the text inside ... but I have a feeling the problem is probably when you send to non-Outlook users? What message format are you using? Have you tried plain text? Do you have the setting to remove extra line breaks turned on? I'm grasping at straws here ... I've never heard of the 123 thing before ... how on earth did you ever figure out that that solved the problem? Linda ********************************* Linda F. I thought it was just a problem with this list, which I had to put in 1, 2 and 3 before the body of any email for it not to show up blank on the receiving end. Until today that is. I just received an email from a prospective client asking why I was answering him with blank emails outside of my signature. Anyone else know about this? I searched MS and Google to no avail.
