Dang, Steve ... I would think this has to be something in your Outlook settings ... since I'm using Outlook 2007 also, I'm not sure this will help, but you can send me an email privately (without the 123) and I'll let you know if I can see the text inside ... but I have a feeling the problem is probably when you send to non-Outlook users? What message format are you using? Have you tried plain text? Do you have the setting to remove extra line breaks turned on? I'm grasping at straws here ...
