Ya pretty much the same results I got for "outlook 2007 sending
blank emails" (no quotes).

Though I did find this, "I am having the same problem. I have users
that are on outlook 07 and they are getting blank emails, Not all emails
just some, they dont have AVG running, i have disable all Plug in's. Now if
they do not have there client open , OWA will show the emails with the full
body text, but as soon as they bring up the client, the body is empty. i
have searched hi and low and no one has a answer, But there are a lot of
post out there with the same problem."

Sent Items shows email as I made it.

I read my Groups mail in a browser.  I see that several of your test emails
did arrive with nothing in them.  Google "blank outlook 2007 email" and you
will find many discussions on your problem.
At least one person reported that not only does the receiver of the email
see a blank email, but the stored copy of the email in the sender's Sent
folder is also blank.  Have you checked your Sent folder to see if that is
happening to you also?

OK this is now worrying me. I thought it was just a problem with
this list, which I had to put in 1, 2 and 3 before the body of any email for
it not to show up blank on the receiving end.

Until today that is. I just received an email from a prospective
client asking why I was answering him with blank emails outside of my
signature.

Anyone else know about this? I searched MS and Google to no
avail.
