You need to bypass your ISP's mail server, by using either some mass mailing
shareware -- lots to choose from just search for "mass mailing shareware",
or use an email newsletter service such as www.sign-up.to

I work at a middle school...we have a mailing list consisting of 600 (give
or take) email addresses of parents. My boss/principal emails parents
often.
Apparently there is a limit on how many addresses that can be put in a
distribution list. She has to break the list into SIX parts for it to
work...what a pain..is there away around this??
I am not sure what she does on her end or what the error message reads..I
only maintain the list in Access and attach a text file with a list of
addresses that she pastes into her distribution list.
