Hi Group.

I have a couple of questions. One involves Outlook and the other Word 2003.
I will refer to Outlook only in this correspondence.

I receive many e-mails with attachments that need to be printed off and
filed. I have a problem finding the method of printing directly from the
displayed message. The help section is a little ambiguous to say the least.
It tells me to: select but do not open the message or messages. I find when
I click to select the message automatically opens. Do I need to hold down a
button, possibly?

There must be a simple way to print and I am missing something.

I do hope you can help.

Kind regards, Frank.
