Thanks for the info, Alice. So, there should be no problem for Melyssa to
open it then. So, I ask again, Melyssa...what have you been saving it as in
WORKS?...you need to choose one of the xls or csv types in Works, so you can
open it in Excel.

What version of Excel was used to create it? I didn't even know there WAS a
"MS Works Excel". Are you saying it's a Works spreadsheet that you are
trying to open in Excel? Does Works give you the option to save it as an
.xls file or maybe a .csv file? (never used Works so I don't know what your
save choices are)
