Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi all, I have a chart with biweekly data for 2002, 2003 and 2004 and a 2004 goal. I want to use a trendline predict if we will get to our goal for 2004, based on the pattern of hours per biweekly period that was experienced in 2003. I can insert a trendline using 2004 data, but it is straight line, so it doesn't take into account upward or downward trends that we historically experience during the next few months. So basically, I want to take the trendline from 2003 and apply it to the 2004 data, rather than a straight line prediction based on the historical pattern for 2004. Said another way, if we follow the same pattern of hours per period as we did last year, we will get to our goal. It may involve some math that I've been out of school way to long to remember. Anyway, I hope I explained this well enough that someone can understand what I need to do.
