[mso] Office 2003 SP1 available

If you haven't already done so (and you use Office 2003), I recommend that
you do an Office update today. Service Pack One was released this morning.
It has some important updates and fixes. In addition, it has new versions of
OneNote and InfoPath, as well as a new Junk Mail filter for Outlook 2003.
