Nope..that's Outlook doing that and there's no way to turn it off...but
there's a great little program called clickYes that eliminates the need for
you to click yes a million times...I use it all the time when I do mail
merges from Word to my Outlook contacts...you can download it for free here:

Thanks! For some reason, works if I begin in Word instead of Outlook! It
still only wants to print when I begin in Outlook. You'd think it would
be the other way around. As long as it works from one direction! Now I
have to figure out why I have to allow permission for the access to the
addresses and the web. It may be a setting in my firewall that needs a
permission change.
