Subject: [mso] Normalisation

Hello Group
For some years now I have had problems trying to understand normalisation in
database. I still cannot get my head around it. Is there anybody out there
that has some instructions that will help someone that is REAL BASIC when it
comes to understanding it. Wrong word to use as I understand what it is, I
just can't do it.

What I need is something that is in "Laymans" terms and a couple of
exercises to get me through it.

My most appreciative regards

John
