[mso] Need Outlook Help

I would like to transfer all of my outlook folders, contacts, and inbox to a
new computer... is it possible? it is something that someone here can tell
me how to do? or am I dreaming? hehe...
I heard you can "export" info, but once you import it... it is a mess...
Any advice would be appreciated... very very much... thank you!
