Camille- If you are not on an Exchange server ( like in a business environment) all of your Outlook information is stored in a personal folder file with a .pst extension. That folder can be up to 1.88 GB in old versions of Outlook and can be 33 TB in outlook 2003. If you transfer that file from your old computer to the new computer then open it in Outlook, you will see all of your information setup exactly as you have it now. How you transfer the file depends on how big it is.
