[mso] "Minimum Reached" or "Maximum Reached" message?

Suppose I have a spinner set to A1, with the minimum value set to 7, and the
maximum value set 119.
When a person goes backwards and reaches the minimum value (7) all is fine.
But if the person 'forgets' and tries to go one number lower to six, how can
I display a message that says something like, "Already at min value!" and
have the message disappear when the user goes upwards again? Same deal for
119 with an "Already at max value!" message displayed. Sounds easy, but it
is mystifying me.
Thank you,
Robert
