This group is here to help folks like you and me Pam. Over the year or
so I've been a member, I've had a lot of hand-holding. Once in a while
I get to contribute too which is just paying back. I've done a few
things like this using Excel & Word so will be glad to help or even take
it offline if we need to. I've also made small catalogs & directories
using Publisher and even Access. Good luck. /g

tidbits. I'm going to combine all of them here so I don't send out
umpteen emails back to the group.
Glenda, I will check out your suggestion, however, if I go that way it
will likely mean LOTS of questions to the group. My Excel knowledge
dates back to the version shipped with Works 3.0, many many moons ago,
and I've already admitted my shameful lack of experience with Word. I
almost enrolled in some of the eclectic academy classes last month but
was afraid I wouldn't have the time right now to devote to studying.
