I want it to look to our requalification matrix. In here there is a list of jobs at the top row, first column is peoples names, mixed in the middle is dates (MM-YY) if they apply to the person for when they need to requalify for a particular job. I want this information to go into our 3 year plan sheet. In here there is names on the first column, the jobs on the top row, and on the second under each job is split. One side of the split says YEAR/Quarter and the next one says complete. So I am trying to look into each job in the first sheet and grab cell and link it to the corresponding name and job in the second sheet. I am still trying to figure out how I can get the format to change the date to YEAR/QUARTER. Then if the date is changed at all in the first sheet the COMPLETE column needs to be marked in the second sheet. The complete mark needs to stay there until the next year when this all starts over. It is pretty complicated so I have been trying to figure this out for a long time. -----Original Message----- From: Chuck Balogh-Core [mailto:cbalogh@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, August 16, 2004 8:42 PM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Is this possible? If you create a link between the two sheets, it should work automatically. Have you tried this? What is the formula or condition that you are trying to execute against?
