Yes, there is. The easiest way is to open both spreadsheets, then select the cell in one sheet where you want the data from the other sheet to appear. Type an equals sign, then click on the other sheet and select the cell you want to get the data from. Press the return key and the cell in the first sheet will contain a link to the cell in the seocnd sheet.
