If I import into excel path and filenames (Such as F:\CHAP_02\EXECUTE\practice\TIMEMULT.EXE, how can I break that up so that one cell holds the path, and the cell next to holds the filename? Yes, I know how to find a character such as "\" but I have no idea to to determine if I have found the last occurrence of "\". Example: D6: F:\CHAP_02\EXECUTE\practice\TIMEMULT.EXE E6: F:\CHAP_02\EXECUTE\practice\ F6: TIMEMULT.EXE Looks, easy, but I have no idea how to find the last occurrence of a character. Thanks.
