I have created a template for 10 business cards in two columns on A4 paper
and have added Rich Text Control fields in the correct positions for the
first card. I would then like to have these Control fields copied
automatically to all the other cards on the sheet.

I used to be able to do this in previous versions of Word, but for the life
of me, I can't find how to do it in 2007 version.

Can anybody help me out or point me to a source of help, please?
