Headers and footers are meant to be the same on multiple pages in
Word.  That's one of the main purposes of a footer, to be able to put
the same information at the bottom of each page, like the name of the
document, the date and time etc.  If you need to put separate footers
in for each page, you'll need to put a section break (Insert, break,
next page section break) in for each page and turn the same as
previous option off.
