You have to have Outlook set up as the corporate version. Then you'll
find an Out of the office Assistant where you can add a simple message.
It's under Tools, I believe. (Sorry, not running corporate here now...so
trying to remember from the office days.)
Then you don't need to create a rule or anything. Just set it and it'll
pass one message to each new email sender you get. When you turn on your
computer when you return to the office, a message will ask you if it's
now time to turn it off...so you don't forget.

Subject: [mso] auto reply in Outlook
I know this has been asked before, but for the life of me, I can't find
it again!
I want to send the message that I am out of the office until......when
messages come in my outlook email. I've gone through the rules wizard,
but don't see exactly what I want to do.
Thanks for your help!
