Thank you, thank you, thank you.  I will try it right now.  I have another 
question, if you don't mind.  Do you know if this is the correct way to do 
multi-layout documents?  I have never seen them in print before so not sure 
if I'm making it a bigger issue than it needs to be?  Should the footers 
all match as you flip through the book?  The only thing about doing it in a 
text box down the side is that it seems to distract your eye from the rest 
of the content to the right of it?
